At Srishthi Vogue, we are committed to providing a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. Our cancellation, return, and refund policies ensure transparency and fairness while prioritizing customer convenience.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order.

• Order Cancellation Window:

• You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order OR before the order is dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.

• If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• How to Cancel an Order:

• To request a cancellation, please email us with your order svarticrafts2024@gmail.com ID and the reason for cancellation.

• Our team will process your request and confirm the cancellation within 1-2 working days.

• Refund for Cancelled Orders:

• If the order is canceled within the eligible time frame, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

• If an order is canceled after processing, standard return policies will apply.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

At Srishthi Vogue, we ensure quality checks before dispatch, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you with a return or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements:

Returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:
✔ Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
✔ Damaged Product Received: If the product arrives damaged due to transit issues.
✔ Manufacturing Defects: If the product has defects in workmanship or materials.

 We do NOT accept returns for:

• Products that have been used, washed, or altered.

• Minor color variations due to screen resolution differences.

• Personalized, customized, or clearance sale items.

Return Request Process:

1. Initiate a Return:

• Email us at svarticrafts2024@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• Mention your order number, and issue details, and attach clear images/videos of the product highlighting the defect/damage.

2. Approval & Pickup:

• Our Quality Assurance team will review your request within 2-3 working days.

• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup within 2-4 working days.

3. Return Shipment & Inspection:

• The product should be packed in its original packaging, with all tags, manuals, invoices, and accessories intact.

• Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, our team will inspect it to validate the issue.

4. Replacement or Store Credit:

• If the return is approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a store credit of equal value (valid for 6 months).

• If the same product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of the same or lower value.

3. Refund Policy

At Srishthi Vogue, we follow a no-cash refund policy. Instead, we offer:

• Replacement of the same product (if stock is available).

• Store credit equivalent to the product value, valid for 6 months.

🔹 Refunds are ONLY processed in cases where:

• The product is unavailable for a replacement.

• The order is canceled within the allowed timeframe.

Refund Timelines:

• Store credits are issued within 3-5 working days after return approval.

• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment method.

4. Important Notes for Returns & Cancellations

✔ Original Packaging is Required: The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, barcodes, and invoices.
✔ Shipping Labels & Documents: Customers must print and provide two shipping documents to the pickup agent.
✔ Used or Altered Products: If the returned product is used, altered, or does not meet return criteria, it will be sent back to the customer, and no replacement/store credit will be issued.
